## How a house takes shape
1. Ground: Site work, forms and footings. If the foundation isn't square and level, nothing above it will be, so this is where we take our time.
2. Frame: Walls go up plumb, trusses get set and the house finally has a shape. The best day on any job.
3. Roof: Underlayment, flashing at every pipe and valley, then shingles or metal. A roof is only as good as its flashing.
4. Siding & paint: Wrap, siding and trim, caulked and painted. This is where the house starts to look like the one you pictured.
5. Finish: Trim, decks and the last details. This TimberTech deck got its post lights the night we finished.
